Studio H is a classic studio apartment located on the ground floor of the house, ideal not only for couples but also for solo travellers. You step directly from the south-facing terrace into the spacious living area with a kitchen island. The cosy dining area offers a wonderful view of the garden.
In addition, the sofa can be converted into a bed. The lovingly designed bedroom with a reading nook and the large bathroom with a shower face north.

The 45 m² space features an open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an oven/microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table. The separate bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage space. The bedroom features a wardrobe and a spacious double bed (180 x 200). The living area includes a sofa, an armchair, and an LCD TV.
Wi-Fi (up to 6 Mbit/s) is available throughout the house.

Stroll through the historic landscape park of Gut Rosengarten, stock up on fresh organic produce from our own farm at the farm store, and pick up eggs from happy chickens. Refresh yourself with water from the estate’s own Hertha Spring—straight from the faucet in your holiday apartment. Located about 1,000 metres from Gut Rosengarten is the Hertha Spring, which was discovered in 1903. Right next to the spring, the former bottling plant buildings have been transformed into a small holiday village that offers perfect tranquility, fresh air, and authentic, sustainable country living, combined with the utmost comfort and all the amenities of the organic estate. The historic main house, built in 1910, has been extensively renovated and converted into five apartments. Three bungalows were added in the spring of 2020 as “Herthaquelle lazy.”
In just a few minutes’ walk westward, you’ll reach the manor house and the farm store, passing through orchard meadows and sheep pastures, and by the vegetable beds and greenhouses of the estate’s own Bioland nursery. You can reach the Greifswald Bodden, with its fine sandy beach and opportunities for kite surfing, in just a few minutes heading east. If you’re travelling by car, parking spaces are, of course, available right at the property.
The apartments in the main building are designed for solo travellers and couples and, ranging from 45 to 65 m², offer perfect amenities and a lovingly designed ambiance. They all feature spacious shower rooms where you can pamper yourself with water from the Hertha spring. The kitchens are modern and functional, equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktops, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Here, you can give free rein to your culinary skills. If you’d rather not cook yourself but still want to dine comfortably in the privacy of your own space, in the garden, or on the balcony, you can pick up seasonal dishes at the farm store—freshly prepared with vegetables and herbs grown right here on the estate.
