The "Möwe" building, newly constructed in 2012 and featuring 5 residential units, is located in a quiet area, just 150 metres from the 8-kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Ostsee. <br>The 60-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor. The light-filled apartment is equipped to a high standard. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, DAB radio, Blu-ray and CD player, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious living room features modern living and dining furniture as well as a wood-burning stove. The fully equipped built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils. The larger bedroom features a double bed (180/200 cm), along with a wardrobe, two nightstands, and two valet stands. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (2x90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a small desk in front of the window, which offers a beautiful view. The windows in both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens, blackout pleated shades, and roller blinds. The modern bathroom with a large shower features a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a washing machine, and a large wall mirror. The apartment includes an utility room on the same floor. Here you’ll find sections designated for clothed swimmers, nudists, and dogs. The beach is patrolled by the German Life Saving Association (DLRG) during the peak season, helping to prevent accidents and providing assistance with any first-aid questions you may have. You can also indulge in culinary delights of all kinds along the beach promenade and throughout the Baltic Sea resort of Thiessow. Beach chair rentals are located right on the beach, and bike rentals are on the high street next to the small supermarket with a bakery.<br><br>There is a parking space directly in front of the house.<br><br>Each apartment comes with a lockable bike shed.
