Cute, clean, quiet flat, short walk to shops

Newly renovated, uncluttered, simple yet sufficient, comfortable, cute, clean, quiet flat. Everything works. Ground floor, easy in and out, short walk to Naschmarkt and U-bahn, short walk to neighborhood restaurants, pubs, grocers, etc. and bus stop. Safe, quiet part of the city. Prompt, helpful communications from our host. Low stress vacation. Thank you.
