The vacation row house "Haus No.7" in the center of List is only a few meters away from the Oststrand Promenade and offers them in a modern high-quality ambience space for up to 6 people on 105m². The house has a fireplace, a sauna and a garden with terrace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and large walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms with double bed are located in the basement.
From the house it is just 100m to the beach on the eastern promenade. Restaurants, the Lister harbor and the dune landscape offer many opportunities for those seeking relaxation.
Garden furniture is available seasonally limited.
