Located one block from the beach, the apartment features a bright, cosy living-dining area with an open kitchen and two double bedrooms that sleep up to four people—one of which has a direct ocean view. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The approximately 15 m² partially covered sun terrace not only provides shade on hot days but also offers a spectacular view of the open sea. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance with its own small hallway.

You can easily reach all the amenities of the complex on foot: Enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea via the complex’s direct beach access or in the communal pool, which is flanked by a restaurant with breathtaking ocean views. The excellent on-site amenities also include two additional restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket for last-minute needs (closed November through March).

The ideal location extends to the surrounding area: the beautiful sandy beaches of Paguera and the secluded pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within easy walking distance, as is the lively town centre with its diverse array of dining and shopping options.

???? The pool is open seasonally from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (subject to change) Cala Fornells is a quiet town right next to Paguera. The town centre and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés serving international and local cuisine. The various beach promenades also feature many charming cafés and restaurants with views of the sea and the beach in front. Cala Fornells itself has a small cove with fairly coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. You’ll also find space to sunbathe on the large stone terraces. A short walk through a small wooded area leads to additional beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Included in the one-time service fee are:
Linen packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, tourist tax.
* Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and January 1 (before 11:00 a.m.), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash at check-in
