Our lovingly designed holiday home, situated between the school complex and Goldberg, is centrally located near many attractions in Selb. When furnishing and designing the apartments and rooms, we placed great emphasis on creating an appealing, modern, and cosy atmosphere that invites you to linger. Because the property is divided into three separate apartments, we offer flexible options in the right size and with the right amenities for any travel purpose, accommodating one to 13 people—whether you’re on a family holiday, a guys’ trip, a girls’ getaway, travelling for work as a technician, or need a temporary home as a vocational or technical school student. You’re also welcome to book the entire house for your trip upon request. “Small but nice” is the motto for our basement apartment. Our basement apartment, designed with no less care, offers all the comforts on a budget for technicians, vocational students, or active holidaymakers who are mostly on the go and need cooking facilities for self-catering in the evenings, a relaxing shower, and a comfortable bed to recharge for the next day. The apartment features the following: a one-room unit including a kitchenette and bathroom, approximately 22 m², accommodating up to 2 people. The sleeping area features two hotel-style box-spring beds (90x200 cm and 90x190 cm) with pocket-coil mattresses for a restful night’s sleep, as well as a 32-inch satellite and smart TV with built-in Chromecast. To ensure your comfort, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with all standard kitchen appliances and utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a 90x90 cm rain shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, and hair dryer. An additional guest bathroom is available on the floor for general use. In addition, all rooms are equipped with free internet (LAN/Wi-Fi). Note: The entire apartment has a reduced ceiling height of approximately 200 cm. Upon arrival, the rooms are stocked once with fresh bed linens, towels, a shower mat, shower gel, coffee, and spices, all in quantities corresponding to the number of registered guests. Additional mid-stay cleaning or linen changes are available by arrangement. Payment is made via bank transfer: 50% deposit upon booking, 100% by the day of arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made later than this will be charged at 50%. Check-in is available 24/7 starting at 3:00 PM via keyless entry (temporary code for the front door and RFID cards for the apartments) and can be done contactlessly upon request. Check-out is required by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
