Perfection in 53 square metres—we present our ground-floor apartment, “de See—Suite 1,” featuring its own terrace. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double box-spring bed. For added comfort, the apartment’s windows are equipped with insect screens, pleated blinds, and exterior shutters.

One parking space is included per apartment. Behind the apartment, there is also a lockable bike garage with a power outlet for e-bikes. Additionally, there is a communal garden behind the building that guests are welcome to use.

Children under 3 years of age stay with us free of charge. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide children’s furniture (cot, high chair, changing table) for a fee.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The booking price includes a linens package for the number of guests booked. This includes bedding for the number of guests, as well as one shower towel, one hand towel, and one facial towel per person. Additionally, one shower mat is provided per bathroom and one tea towel per kitchen.

The accommodation is available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m. Flexible check-in after 4:00 p.m. is possible at any time, as you can simply retrieve the key from a lockbox on the side of the house. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
