This ground-floor apartment with a south-facing terrace features a beautiful living-dining room with a modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen. Thanks to its south-facing orientation and all-day sun, this apartment feels exceptionally bright and welcoming!

There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. A staircase (with a safety gate at the top) leads down to the basement, where you’ll find the two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and the children’s bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with large closets. These rooms are also spacious, bright, and inviting.
In addition, the basement features a full-sized, brightly tiled shower room with a toilet.
All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

One parking space is available for your use! A second car, if needed, can be parked in the public car parks; this is free of charge with the guest card (you can apply for activation directly at the tourist office).

If you’re travelling with your dog, there’s an additional fee of €8.00 per day.

The Haus Am Nordseestrand is a small (10 units) complex with apartments of various sizes.
In the basement, there is a large sauna, an utility room with a washing machine/dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. In the on-site park,
you can relax on the sun deck (Bankirai terrace) with a direct view of the sea or enjoy the North Sea atmosphere in the beach chairs.
There’s also a large sandpit for the little ones. When the breeze choices up, you can take shelter under the covered seating area.
The on-site park offers many family-friendly ways to enjoy your holiday at Jadebusen.

Surroundings: On the same property—with a direct view of the North Sea—is the harmoniously landscaped park featuring beach chairs, a sun deck with lounge chairs, a sandpit, and a garden shower for washing off muddy feet.
The covered outdoor seating area, with a view of the Jadebusen, provides a sheltered spot to relax.
A communal grill is available for pleasant summer evenings. Benches are set up in the large park area so you can enjoy the boundless view of the Jadebusen.
Via the footpath running alongside, you can reach the beach in just a few steps. On the left, this path also takes you to the Old Kurhaus, the harbour, the “Janjte von Dangast,” and the sluice.
On the right, a short walk will take you to the Edeka Pieper supermarket, the DanGast mineral baths, and several restaurants and cafés.
