Vacationing at Casa del Borgo means staying right by the sea in one of the most romantic corners of Imperia - Porto Maurizio within walking distance to restaurants, town center and beach. The apartment is located in a historic complex of houses directly on the waterfront. In the fishing district "Borgo Foce" the small fishing boats still lie on the shore, small restaurants and coffee bars invite you to linger, the beach is right outside the door, here the clocks go a little slower. Always along the water, you can either walk on the promenade to the beaches of the district Borgo Prino, directly enter the bike path to the French border, walk on the old railroad line to San Remo or explore the famous cliff path "Passegiata degli innamorati" the so-called walk of lovers to the marina.

The large eat-in kitchen with the two French doors facing the sea is very well equipped. On the romantic balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view over the fishing boats on clear days all the way to Corsica. Enjoy the view of the small boats in front of the house while having your morning coffee or just let yourself be enchanted by the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea directly in front of you in your deck chair. The large kitchen with its two French doors facing the sea is very well equipped. The new kitchen invites you to indulge in Italian cooking. Air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. are of course available. If necessary, the sofa can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. The two windows of the bedroom with the antique double bed also face the sea. Here they sleep gently to the sound of the waves. Many antiques combined with modern elements create a homely atmosphere for relaxing vacations. A modern shower room with washing machine completes the vacation dream.

Der Meeresblick, das Rauschen, der Blick auf Porto Maurizio vom Balkon. Die Via Aurelia ist nicht zu hören. Spaziergänge eröffnen immer wieder neue Eindrücke. Von hier sind wunderbare Ausflüge ins Umland möglich. Nicht zuletzt sind Supermarkt und Garage schnell erreicht. Die Vermieter sind stets zur Stelle, falls Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen und beherbergen mit großer Gastfreundschaft.

Wie im September 2024 sind wir wieder begeistert von unseren Urlaubstagen im Casa Borgo 4. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Wohnung sehr komfortabel, ein wunderbar gerichteter Tisch seitens der Vermieterin mit Wein, Pesto, Kuchen , Obst etc. Empfing uns als Gäste und sorgte für einen sehr schöne Start. Die Ausstattung mit Wasch- & Abwaschmaschine in der Küche war sehr hilfreich. Am besten gefällt uns die einmalige Lage direkt am Meer und in dieser ruhigen Ecke von Imperia (darum auch Borgo genannt). Aus jedem Fenster sieht man das Meer und hört das Meeresrauschen.

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Vermieterin empfangen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir kochen gerne selber. Alles was man dazu braucht ist vorhanden. Die Kapsel Kaffeemaschine ist perfekt um sich schnell einen Kaffee zu zaubern. Die Dusche funktioniert gut. Das Bett ist bequem. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Die Garage ist perfekt. Das Auto steht sicher. Da man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann, braucht man es den gesamten Urlaub nicht.

Wir haben uns in dem von Ihnen vermittelten Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Transfer mit Frau Giordano hat prima funktioniert, in der Wohnung selbst hat uns u.a. gut gefallen, dass Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs wie Salz, Spüli, Küchenrolle etc. noch in gewissen Mengen vorrätig waren, so dass wir nicht - wie in anderen Wohnungen - als erste Amtshandlung quasi alles von neuem kaufen mussten. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. waren in sehr guter Anzahl und Auswahl vorhanden.

Die Vermieter erwarteten uns nach einer grässlichen Zugsfahrt mit viel Verspätung am Bahnhof - das war einfach wunderbar! Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und in dieser jahreszeit ruhig. Sie zweckmässig eingerichtet. auf dem tisch standen Oel und Essig sowie einige Früchte bereit. Uns gefiel auch das sorgfältige Abfallmanagement mit den verschiedenen Containern auf dem Balkon. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah, auch die Bushaltestelle nach Oneglia ist fast vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter fuhren uns auch zum Bahnof für die Rückreise.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig, ein schöner Balkon mit traumhaftem Meerblick, eine perfekte Ausstattung, sehr sehr freundliche Besitzer mit Willkommenspräsenten , als das rundet den perfekten Gesamteindruck ab. Die Informationen seitens Frau Ghiglione in der Email („Mein Urlaub“) sind sehr sehr hilfreich und professionell präsentiert. Danke!! Bei den Restauranttipps empfehlen wir noch das Pescemotta in der Nähe der Wohnung, sehr gute Küche, preislich absolut akzeptabel. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, wohnlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Klima-Anlage war sehr hilfreich. Die Nähe zum Wasser, zum Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar Benza war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei W-LAN Problemen geholfen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte einen angenehmen Geruch (sehr wichtig für uns!) Das kleine Empfangspaket mit Öl, Honig, Oliven und Obst war sehr lecker, das Öl wollten wir gleich nachkaufen, aber der Laden war geschlsosen. Das Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Lage ist fantastisch, wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen!
