This spacious apartment features two separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and a sleeper sofa for two additional people in the living room. The living/dining room features a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen appliances (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, toaster) and a large dining table. One bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Flat-screen TVs in the living area and in both bedrooms. The apartment features hardwood and tile floors. Bedding, towels, and tea towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Private entrance to the apartment.



The two newly furnished “Sabine” holiday apartments are located in Flattach in the village of Schmelzhütten, making them an ideal starting point for all summer and winter activities. Each holiday apartment is 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet, as well as two separate bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and free parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment. Both apartments have their own private entrance to the property.
