Large balcony off the living/dining room with seating area, parasol, sun lounger and charcoal grill. Possibility to store 2 bicycles or 2 motorcycles in the garage. Charging possibility for e-bikes in the garage. 11KW e-car charging station available for a fee. Washing machine and dryer are located in a large laundry room in the basement.
Quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful view towards Rhön and Fulda.
Train connection Rhönbahn RB52 to Fulda or Gersfeld for strolling or shopping.
