Our family-run hotel in the heart of Bad Neustadt welcomes you with lovingly renovated and modernly equipped rooms. We want you to enjoy a carefree stay with us, which is why we’ve provided a tea and coffee station in each room. Our 17th-century historic building features soundproof windows in the rooms; unfortunately, we do not have an lift. Whether you’re a business traveller, a holidaymaker, or a family member visiting a patient—you’re warmly welcome here. From your hotel, you’re just a short walk from the Old Town, the campus, or the various local businesses. We’d also love to have you visit our café/restaurant or our idyllic beer garden. Our rooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (we also offer hypoallergenic bedding upon request). Daily housekeeping is included in the price. A desk, seating, a tea and coffee station, and a minibar (for a fee) ensure a cosy and pleasant stay. A telephone, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi round out the amenities. In the bathrooms, you’ll find a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, plenty of towels, and complimentary natural toiletries. Payment is made on-site via debit card, credit card, or cash. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site; for late arrivals, we can also provide you with an access code. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 10.00 EUR per night/pet. An extra bed can be provided upon request for 30.00 euros; a cot is available free of charge. Breakfast can be added as an option for 11.90 euros per person.
