Whether you're visiting for a Gator game, UF event, graduation, work trip, hospital stay, or simply exploring Gainesville, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient place to relax between adventures.

The Space

The condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it a great option for families, couples, friends, or business travelers. Guests can enjoy a comfortable living area for relaxing, a full kitchen for preparing meals, and plenty of space to settle in and feel at home.

Lionsgate offers controlled building access, elevator access, and gated garage parking for added convenience during your stay.

Parking & Building Access

One assigned gated parking space is available with the condo. Please note that only ONE vehicle can be accommodated in the designated parking area. The parking gate is secured from 7 PM–7 AM. Guests arriving for their initial check-in should plan their arrival and vehicle access accordingly. We strongly recommend reviewing your check-in instructions before arrival to ensure a smooth entry into the property.

Additional vehicles are NOT available for parking within the community and guests are responsible for arranging alternative parking when traveling with more than one vehicle.

This condo was great for our family of 4 over a football weekend. It was very clean inside and in a great location to walk around campus. Parking in the garage is tight, but once the neighbors moved their cars, I was able to squeeze my Tundra p/u into the spot.
