During the modernization in 2023, we focused on natural materials and a mix of new and old furniture. One highlight, for example, is the kitchen, which was made from old workbenches. While cooking, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Kaprun mountains. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking (and more).

The garden is south-facing and invites you to soak up the sun from morning to evening in both summer and winter. The living/cooking area has a very large sitting area that can accommodate all guests (table 120x250).

There are 5 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with waterbed (200x200 and 160x200)
- 2 bedrooms with "normal" double bed (180x200)
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed (120x200 downstairs, 90x200 upstairs)
- a bathroom with bathtub & toilet on the first floor
- a separate shower and a separate toilet on the upper floor
- two of the bedrooms have a washbasin.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

All everyday necessities such as coffee, toilet paper, salt and pepper, etc. are available on arrival.
