Welcome to the Ludwig van Beethoven Holiday Home! This 170 m² holiday home, spread over 3 floors and fully fenced, can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children (up to 3 years old) and is stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-dining area with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an infusion sauna.

• Ground Floor:

The spacious living area invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a comfortable three-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings, and a dining table that seats up to 8 people—perfect for shared meals and social gatherings. The modern kitchen is open-concept and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. Across from it is the small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

The spacious outdoor area and terraces, which are fully fenced, invite you to relax outdoors and are accessible from the living room. Here you’ll find an electric patio grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a patio umbrella, and a ship-shaped sandpit. Additionally, there’s a ping-pong table and a badminton net set for the garden, including rackets and balls.

• Upper Floor:

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms feature a box-spring double bed; the one in the master bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m, and the other measures 1.60 x 2.00 m. The master bedroom features an additional flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The other bathroom also features a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and an infusion sauna. A washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer are also provided.

• Attic:

A highlight is the attic, which serves as a cosy play paradise for the kids and features a foosball table.


A stair gate is available for the little ones, and the electrical sockets are equipped with child safety covers. Travel cots are available in the house and are welcome to be used, but you’ll need to set them up yourself. Please bring your own bedding for them. High chairs can be rented from the property manager. Since there are only a limited number available, we ask that you reserve them in advance.
A garden shed is available for storing patio furniture as well as bicycles. Two parking spaces are also at your disposal.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery—ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.
Pets are welcome!

Sauna towels are not included in the price and can be booked with the property manager for a fee.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.



The Inseldomizil Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you with 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched-roof houses feature interiors decorated in bright, cheerful colours. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday truly unique.

All apartments and cottages have bicycle storage rooms and charging stations for e-bikes. In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The buildings at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak feature a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
