Schön, aber desaströs organisiert
Zimmer schön, aber angekündigter Aufzug endete eine Etage unter gebuchtem Appartement.
Bei Ankunft wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich noch nicht bezahlt habe. Ich wieß darauf hin, dass FeWodirekt den Betrag am Buchungstag eingezogen habe. Das habe ich schon im Telefonat wenige Tage vor CheckIn mitgeteilt, als der Mitarbeiter sich nicht sicher war, ob die Buchung bezahlt sein. Mein Angebot, die Bestätigungsmails von FeWodirekt weiterzuleiten, wurde abgelehnt.
Tags darauf Schreiben im Zimmer, dass Betrag auf meiner Kreditkarte nur reserviert sei und ich bitte zahlen solle. Bei FeWodirekt angerufen, um zu fragen was passiert sei: Es sei alles korrekt gelaufen, der Vermieter erhalte sein Geld und man werde ihm sofort eine Mail zusenden.
Am Nachmittag Telefonat mit Landhuus Dieksee und es wurde mir mitgeteilt, es wäre kein Geld da und ich hätte nun über 100 Euro mehr zu zahlen - das Zimmer sei teuerer, als bei FeWodirekt angegeben. Als ich mich weigerte und nur zusagte, die Parkplatzgebühr und die Kurtaxe zu zahlen, wurde das Gespräch mit :"Ich mach´ das auch nur vertretungsweise und ich habe keine Lust mich mit Ihnen am Telefon weiter rumzuärgern. Wir haben ja Ihre Adresse." beendet. Abends lag die Rechnung für Kurtaxe und Parkplatz auf dem Zimmer, die ich bar beglich.
Im abendlichen Telefonat mit FeWodirekt erfuhr ich, dass in dem von mir gezahlten Betrag auch die Parplatzgebühr enthalten war...
Nettes Haus, viele tote Links auf der HP und absolut unfähige Büromitarbeiter.
