The apartment is 65 sqm, suitable for 2 to 3 guests, and located on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed; an extra bed can be set up in the living room. The living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair, cabinet, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cozy dining area. Two terraces offer morning or afternoon sun. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer are available on request. Bed linen is included. Air conditioning is provided. Your bike can be safely stored in the bike box. Parking is available at the house. The KONUS guest card is available on request. The apartment is suitable for holidaymakers and spa guests during the main season (March to October) and not intended for workers.

Bicycles with 6-speed gears and low entry can be hired for a fee. Shopping facilities are nearby. The centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The bus/train stop is approx. 5 minutes away. With the Konus card, buses and regional trains can be used free of charge.
