About this property
Holiday house Mariannelund for 1 - 6 persons with 3 bedrooms - Holiday house
ED Refnr. 3199710
House Vitsippan is part of a well-kept, pretty village. There are several Swedish houses with their gardens. Nearby there are forests rich in mushrooms, romantic lakes and plenty of peace and nature. Vimmerby, where several Astrid Lindgren film adaptations were made, is close by and well worth a visit.
The holiday home Vitsippan is a typical Swedish house, painted red and white on the outside, cosy and comfortable inside for 2-6 people. The house has a wooden terrace and a balcony as well as a beautifully landscaped, fenced garden. Downstairs in the house is the cosy eat-in kitchen with large dining table and the living room with fireplace. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a cute children's room as well as two chic bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other 2 single beds. In the children's room there is a cot (approx. 1.40 metres long) and a wooden cot. Some toys are waiting for new little friends. The house has been lovingly furnished, the light-coloured interior complemented by Swedish decorative objects. A beautiful, child-friendly house where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday all year round.
The Vitsippan house has a well-kept garden surrounded by a typical Swedish wooden fence. The balcony on the first floor is highly recommended for a morning coffee. The terrace is furnished with a dining table, where guests often enjoy a cosy breakfast or have dinner together.
The house is a good starting point for hikes and excursions in Smaland. There are many lakes nearby, the nearest one is only 2 kilometres away.
As the key handover is contactless, the deposit is also transferred before arrival.
Many guests walk all or part of the 40km Emil Leden circular route, which passes the villages where the Emil von Lönneberg films were shot.
