Uriges Chalet, Ideal für Familien und Gruppen bis 6 Personen

A beautiful chalet located in the stunning region of Eastern Switzerland. Elm is situated in the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Tektoniarena Sardona” in the canton of Glarus. The cantonal capital, Glarus, is 25 km from Elm and 85 km from Zurich. Situated at an elevation of 1,150 meters, this is the ideal place to find complete relaxation. In the summer, it serves as a starting point for great hikes; in the winter, it’s located right next to the valley run. The cottage has only one farmhouse as a neighbor; from the parking lot (for a maximum of one car), it’s about a 30-meter walk to the front door. There are 2 bedrooms (with a connecting door), each with a double bed featuring separate mattresses; a dining room with a large dining table; a kitchen equipped with an oven, toaster, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, juicer, bread slicer, dishwasher, and refrigerator; and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The living room features 2 sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a fold-out bed with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.80 m x 2 m). There is also a bathroom with a toilet, 2 sinks, and a shower.<br>The basement houses a washing machine and a dryer.<br>There are two terraces: one facing east with a wooden table and bench, and one facing west with a table and chairs.<br>The house can accommodate up to 6 people.<br><br>Pets are not allowed.
