Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash: Place all trash in the designated outdoor trash bins. Dishes: Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Towels: Leave used towels in the bathrooms. Lights & A/C: Turn off all lights and set the thermostat to 78°F.
Outdoor Area: Make sure the BBQ grill is off and the palapa and backyard are free of trash. Doors & Windows: Close all windows and make sure all doors are securely locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registered Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Additional visitors must receive prior approval.
Gatherings : Parties, celebrations, and gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. Approved gatherings may require additional fees.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted

Wonderfully decorated home, super easy access to the Sugar Land and south west Houston areas. The backyard was a great treat to enjoy a nice evening outside. The on hand games made for easy entertainment as we got ready or slowed down for the evening.
