Unterster Standard, abgewohnt, absolut nicht zeitgemäß

Das Haus ist völlig abgewohnt, es wurde jahrelang nicht renoviert, der Skischuhhalter ist aus Holz, also unbeheizt, in der Beschreibung steht Wellnessbereich - diesen gibt es gar nicht, lediglich eine völlig veraltete Saune, in der die Lampe sowie die Sanduhr defekt waren, alte dunkle Fliesen, alles sehr unansehnlich, überall muffeliger Geruch, die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist alt und zusammen gesammelt, alles sehr alt und knapp bemessen, weder Toaster noch Mikrowelle sind vorhanden, das dritte Bett war nicht mal bezogen, der Vermieter sehr unkommunikativ, auf Fragen gab es nur kurze, knappe Antworten, unfreundlich

Liebe Anja, es tut uns leid, wenn die Unterkunft nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. In der Beschreibung ist ein Skiraum erwähnt, jedoch kein beheizter Skischuhtrockner. Auch ein Wellnessbereich wird nicht angegeben, sondern eine Gemeinschaftsfläche mit Sauna. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, und bei Fehlen von Bettwäsche reicht in der Regel ein kurzer Hinweis und sie kann rasch bereitgestellt werden. Wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung zur Kenntnis, vielen Dank. Herzliche Grüße, Ihr Interhome Team
