The 60 m² property is ideal for families and small groups, featuring a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The open terrace is for your private use.
Guests also have access to a large garden, a covered shared terrace, barbecue area, balcony, spacious tavern (to be arranged on site), and an external bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace, TV, dishwasher, and fan. A washing machine and tea/coffee kettle are available for shared use. A crib and high chair are available on request. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. An electric vehicle charging station is available.
