Welcome to "Skippers Home" in Olpenitz! Enjoy a holiday on the Baltic Sea! This 80m² holiday home offers an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
Relax on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV or unwind on the terrace at the end of your holiday. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove in the living area provides cozy warmth. The kitchen is superbly equipped with an espresso machine, egg cooker, waffle iron, and much more – perfect for preparing delicious meals.
For our younger guests, we provide a highchair, a travel cot, a step stool in each bathroom, and a stair gate on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes and blackout curtains. One bedroom also features a flat-screen TV.
One bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, a towel warmer, and the highlight: an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days! The other bathroom is located on the upper floor and offers a shower/bathtub combination and also a hairdryer.
The terrace offers garden furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill. So nothing stands in the way of cozy barbecue evenings on warm summer days!
Your furry friend is very welcome and, of course, travels free of charge. An outdoor parking space and a bicycle rack are available in front of the house. In the lockable bicycle shed you can store your own or rented bicycles in a dry and secure place.

Die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber, schön einge..

Die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im 2. Schlafzimmer die beiden Einzelbetten, sind sehr weich. Im Schuppen sind Terrassenmöbel vorhanden, wir hatten leider kein schönes Wetter und daher nichts davon genutzt. Das Gelände ist weitläufig, teilweise noch Baustelle, zum Strand sind es ca. 800 m. Zum Edeka (Bäcker), Müllentsorgung, Restaurant, Beachclub ect. ca. 1 km. Beim Bäcker kann man per App vorbestellen und dann direkt abholen. Im Edeka gibt es alles was man an Grundversorgung braucht. Schade fanden wir, dass wenig Gastronomie und Freizeitmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Der Eisverkäufer super sympathisch, aber leider in einem Imbisswagen und man genießt das Eis dann halt im Regen. Vor Ort noch ein Burgerstand, mit guten Burgern, aber auch wieder nur ein Imbisswagen. Das einzige Restaurant war immer brechend voll. Am Spielplatz war auch ein Bolzplatz, was natürlich beides bei Dauerregen keinen Sinn macht. Ebenso der Beachclub nicht überdacht. Es gibt eine Minigolf Anlage, dass haben wir in einer Regenpause genutzt. Wir hoffen, da tut sich noch einiges. Gerade weil das Wetter an der See oft auch mürrisch ist und auch an die kalten Monate gedacht werden muss.
