Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth straight year my family of 6 has taken a vacation together. Two daughters, one son-in-law, two grands, and myself. Wow, this place was the best yet! It was perfect for the 4 bedroom combination that we needed. The decor made us feel right at home and there is so much attention to detail that we've never knew really meant that much. Like, hooks galore to avoid laying things on the floor...and little side tables scattered throughout for your convenience. I know that sounds trivial but not when you notice the difference in the stay. Everything was perfect...wonderful days at the beach just steps away (with beach service) and then afternoons and evenings in the private pool! We can't wait to go back !

Great beach house for family vacation

Ideal beach vacation house. Close to the beach with ocean view from the top floor, great pool, and wonderful house. We will hopefully be returning for future vacations.

Happy Beach Time

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times before. We like staying on the beach side of 30A, the proximity to restaurants, and the easy access to the beach.

Location, Location!

We had a great time - could have done without rain our last two days but we are flexible! The house was a perfect size & you couldn’t ask for a better location - very close to beach & a short walk to little shops & restaurants

Relaxing Getaway

Visited Santa Rosa in April. The home was fresh and cheery with plenty of space for our group of 4. Charming home walking distance to the beach in a charming neighborhood. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

August 2014 Stay

A beautiful, well equipped home that was perfect for our family vacation. Just a few steps away , the beach access was very convenient and having the private pool was an extra plus. This home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Great house for family trip or Girls Get Away

I loved this house! It is steps from the beach and away from the crowds. Tons of great restaurants in the area and the house is equipped with everything you need and is beautiful! Loved it and I can't wait to go back!

October 2017 Stay

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home in the most perfect location. The convenience to the beach access was truly one of the best benefits as well as the heated pool. We would definitely consider staying here again. The management company is top notch. Thanks for our wonderful memories!

Serendipity didn’t disappoint

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. The house was clean, spacious and in a great location. It is less than a minute to the beach, which is perfect. The bikes were wonderful- there were four, which was perfect for our family. The pool was great. We had a wonderful experience.

Great!

Feels much bigger than advertised, probably the best house in the neighborhood that doesn’t face the beach. Inside had everything we needed.

May 2017 Stay

This was our second time to stay at serendipity house and fourth trip to Santa Rosa beach and we cannot get enough. This house is clean and so close to the beach! Makes it so easy! Coming in may the weather was fantastic and the beach was gorgeous as always! So sad to leave but we know we will be back again soon!

Perfect Beach House

Spent a wonderful, relaxing weekend in this house. Enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening from the top floor balcony that has a picturesque view of the ocean. The house is immaculate so comfy hated to have to leave. Will definitely go back as soon as I can.

Amazing vacation home

We absolutely loved this home and property. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated with lots of extras included, pool toys, chairs, fishing nets, etc. We loved the pool and pool area, very clean and private. The home was super close to the beach and the beach was gorgeous, access was right at the end of the street. We loved the rooftop patio for beautiful views and relaxing with cocktails. Very family friendly area. We can’t wait to return next year, highly recommend!

Serendipity 2022

Our family has been coming to Florida for close to 20 years and this house is the best experience we've ever had. Kitchen is fully stocked, great pool, great access to restaurants and the beach. Is. Short drive from the airport. Will definitely come back again!!!

We had 3 generations on this trip. The house was precious and so well stocked. We had everything we needed! The pool was such a treat for the grandchildren. 360 Blue went over and above to make our stay special. Can't say enough good things about this company. Will definitely be back again!
