This spacious two-storey home blends relaxation and play in perfect harmony.

Cool off with a dip in the temperature controlled swimming pool (27-28 degrees year round). Challenge your crew at the pool table and dart board, or rinse off the pool water under the outdoor shower, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and meandering paths. The grassed backyard sets the stage for ball games, barefoot sprints, and a 4.5mtr slide for kids to enjoy. The BBQ zone, games area, and pool are all nestled together for effortless family fun. Want to challenge your crew with a game of pool volleyball? Simply screw the net into place as needed - easy to add and remove.

As the seasons shift, so does the magic. In summer, sip cocktails on the expansive pool deck, enjoy balmy evenings and sunset swims, and take in breathtaking views of the Broadwater and Gold Coast skyline. During winter enjoy the sun setting over the Terranora Broadwater with exceptional pink skies or toast some marshmallows on the outdoor fire. NOTE: Fire only available Jun-Aug (strictly by council rules), weather dependant and not available if too wet or during high winds. If available timber will be provided for you.

Inside, the upstairs level features two bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, TV, and lovely Broadwater views, along with direct access to the luxe master bathroom. This resort-inspired space is adorned with luxurious fittings, a walk-in shower, and an oversized round soaking tub for two - perfect for unwinding. A skylight above the bath invites natural light to pour in, creating a serene escape for morning rituals and candlelit evenings alike.

The second upstairs bedroom is compact and cosy, with a queen bed, TV, and a peaceful outlook to the surrounding palms.

The home’s newly renovated kitchen is built for entertainers, seamlessly flowing into the open-plan dining area and out onto the balcony - the true jewel of the home. Soak up panoramic views, sip your morning coffee as the coastline comes to life, or keep an eye on poolside fun from this elevated perch.

Behind the kitchen you'll find a fully equipped laundry with a combined washer/dryer and a butler's pantry.

Downstairs offers ideal bedding spaces for families and groups. One large room featuring a double bed, single bed, and optional trundle (perfect for kids!) plus another room, fitted with a queen bed - this room taking advantage of the view and the water fountain outside.

The two bedrooms upstairs are fitted with ducted air conditioning, and all four rooms have ceiling fans. The full upper level has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning.

A local park is just across the street, and a community kids’ play area is a short walk away.

You're renting the full property, with complete privacy. Guests can enjoy exploring the private garden, swimming in the pool and all other facilities including an outdoor bbq, firepit (winter only) and outdoor shower. Your host will be available by phone for all queries and assistance to make your stay memorable.
