This 50 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and can accommodate up to three guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television, and a high chair available on request.



The house also has a large private terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture, and a parasol, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Set in a quiet environment close to the beach, on a vast wooded plot in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, you have easy access to many local attractions: space museum, Trégastel community center, Renote Island, golf, boating, horse riding facilities, as well as hiking trails in the picturesque village of Ploumanac'h.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smokers, and loud parties are not allowed. You must leave the property clean and tidy upon departure, as you found it. Cleaning service is not included. Towels and bed linen are not provided. The house is step-free inside and sustainable materials were used for insulation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00.
