Here you’ll find a true gem that combines warmth, cheerfulness, and a sense of well-being, rounded out with a touch of retro style and the charm of hunting-style decor.
Enjoy the southern side of the Alps, our mild climate, and the spacious garden, and experience a true idyll for families, anglers, and nature lovers. Enjoy relaxing moments on our spacious lawn, as well as a high quality of life and warm hospitality, all while taking in the view of the sparkling lake. Be sure to take advantage of direct access to the Brennsee—with water of drinking-water quality—without even having to leave the property.
Start your day with breakfast right by the lake while enjoying the gentle lapping of the water. Our private dock and the steps leading into the lake invite you to take a refreshing dip in the cool water. To slow down and take a deep breath, two stand-up paddleboards are available free of charge.
Our bungalow accommodates up to five people and is ideal for families, anglers, and nature-loving active holidaymakers. Use it as a starting point for exciting hikes through the UNESCO Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Reserve or explore the beauty of Carinthia. Arrive, find peace, take a deep breath, and treat yourself to some time for yourself.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for rest and relaxation. Visit one of the two thermal spas nearby or join one of the guided tours organised by the Krainer Sports School and the biosphere reserve rangers.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Guests!
A warm welcome to our Haus am See, which is a popular destination not only in the summer. There is also plenty to see and discover in the surrounding area in the fall and especially in the winter. The Bad Kleinkirchheim mountain railways are located within a radius of just ten kilometres and are easy to reach. Another popular destination is the Turracher Höhe, where you can ski, cross-country ski, or ice skate against a breathtaking backdrop.
We also highly recommend visiting one of the countless Christmas and Advent markets in the surrounding area. Visit the markets in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Radenthein, Spittal an der Drau, Velden, or Villach and let yourself be enveloped by the scent of roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, or sweet pre-Christmas pastries. Marvel at the huts and stalls with their wonderful lighting. Feel free to round out your visit to Carinthia with a day at the thermal spa and let your mind wander.

And if luck is on our side and the temperatures are right, you can even go ice skating on the lake right next to the house and enjoy a very special atmosphere right on your doorstep.

Haus am See Kitty:

The Lake House features an entryway with a coat closet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a kettle, a fully automatic coffee machine, a dining room with a dining table, chairs, and a bench, a living room with a sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a 1.20-meter bed, 1 bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower, and 1 separate toilet with a sink. The single-story holiday home is equipped with 2 TVs with satellite connection, a radio, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, underfloor heating, and vinyl or tile flooring. Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.



On-site fees: • Pets are allowed upon request and can join you on holiday for a small flat fee of €70 per stay.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
