Schöne Einrichtung mit mangelnder Kommunikativer.

Wir haben unsere Wohnung über Fewo-Direkt gebucht. Da wurde uns eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vermittelt. Dass es sich dabei um Hotel handelte erfuhren wir dann erst vor Ort. Auch betraten wir erst mal eine leere Lobby, ein sehr gehetzter, Italienischer Hausmann stöhnte im Obergeschoss, anscheinend unser Check-In service. In Gebrochenem Deutsch fragte er uns welches Zimmer wir gebucht haben und wie unser Code lautet. Informationen die die Agentur leider versäumte uns zukommen zu lassen, geschweige denn dass diese Wichtig wären. Hat Man allerdings den unübersichtlichen Checkin überstanden und lässt den mangelnden Informationsgluss außer acht, so findet man sich in einem sauberem Zimmer samt Toilette, Küche mit Basis-Ausrüstung und schöner, moderner Eineichtung in einer idyllischen Gegend wieder, in der man einen schönen Urlaub verbungen kann. Der checkout war unpersönlich und unkompliziert einfach. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, aufgrund oben genannter Probleme kann ich aber leider nicht mehr Sterne geben. Informationsfluss außer acht
