Das gesamte Objekt wirkte vom ersten Augenblick an dreckig. Staub und Spinnweben in den Ecken der Küche, des Schlaf- und Wohnraumes. Lampe in Küche defekt, wurde erst nach 3 Tagen ausgetauscht. Kaffeemaschine nahezu unbrauchbar (3 Tassen Kaffe dauerten ca. 40 Minuten). Trotz Mitteilung an Vermieter konnte in 2 Wochen keine neue Maschine bereitgestellt werden. Bettvorleger im Schlafzimmer roch nach Urin! Radiogerät ebenfalls kaum nutzbar, kein zufriedenstellender Sendeempfang. Polstermöbel für die Größe des Zimmers viel zu klobig. Schrank im 2. Schlafzimmer ohne Griffe. Grill auf Terasse teilweise defekt. Fliegengitter wären auch empfehlenswert, waren leider nicht vorhanden.Schlüsselabgabe in Kölpinsee, obwohl Objekt in Koserow, das ist extrem umständlich, wenn man die Heimreise antritt und in entgegengesetzte Richtung fahren muss (wenn auch niur ca. 3km, trotzdem ärgerlich).Wir machen seit ca. 20 Jahren in Koserow in verschiedenen FeWo's Urlaub, dass war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft, Preis-Leistung klaffen hier weit auseinander.

Schlechte Lage, man hat den ganzen Tag den Straßen Lärm gehört. Und die Sauberkeit war auch wünschenswert.
