Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The terraced villas are located in a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, approx. 1 km from the beach and the centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. The covered car park in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Further parking spaces are available on the public road.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

Lower floor: Cellar (not heatable) with This room is used as a laundry room as the washing machine is located here.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, access to the balcony and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
