You can also look forward to bedrooms with private bathrooms or access to individual balconies where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun and read the newspaper.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Alles in dem Haus hat unseren Erwartungen aus der Beschreibung entsprochen. Denis der Eigentümer kümmert sich konsequent aber unaufdringlich um das Anwesen und den Pool und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Der kleine öffentliche Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Wir durften 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus machen. Das Haus ist sehr neu und trotzdem sind die Außenanlagen schon sehr schön grün und bewachsen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Hauseigentümer war sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise super freundlich und zeitlich flexibel. Er kommt auch regelmäßig und prüft-reinigt den Pool.Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es gibt genügen Stauraum in Schlafzimmer und Küche. Die Bäder sind auch sehr schön. Waschmaschine ist top. Der Pool war herrlich und durch die Pergola konnte man auch im Schatten liegen. Den Grill haben wir auch mehrmals genutzt. Einzig die Anzahl von Geschirr könnte noch etwas größer sein. Restaurants und das Meer sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Familie mit drei Kindern hatte einen wundervollen Urlaub (14 Tage) in diesem schönen neuen Haus.Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft herzlich vom Eigentümer begrüßt worden, der uns während des ganzen Urlaubs mit wertvollen Tipps und Auskünften geholfen hat. Das Haus bietet eine großzügige Raumaufteilung mit offenem Wohnbereich und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, beide Schlafzimmer im OG haben einen eigenen Balkon. Ebenso ist jedes Zimmer mit TV und Schreibtisch ausgestattet.Im EG gibt es noch ein zusätzliches WC. Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Der Pool hat viel Spaß gemacht und wurde nachts beleuchtet.Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt, das Tor wird elektrisch betrieben.Das Haus befindet sich im Ort Valbandon mit einigen tollen Restaurants, einem kleinen Supermarkt und einem Bäcker. Alle Einrichtungen sind fußläufig (10-15 Minuten) erreichbar. In den Nachbarorten Fazana oder Pula befinden sich größere Supermärkte.Der wunderschöne Strand ist ebenso nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Hier wird auch für die Kinder einiges geboten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung wohnen gleichermaßen Einheimische wie Touristen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.
