War ganz okay

Das Haus liegt direkt am Bahndamm, dass war früh morgens schon sehr laut. Im Treppenhaus war an der Decke ein Wasserschaden zu sehen und auch in der Wohnung roch es sehr muffig. Zudem war die Dusche leicht defekt und auch der Badezimmer Spiegel wackelt. Aber sonst war alles okay
