Obwohl ich wirklich viel verreise, habe ich etwas schreckliches nie erlebt!Das gesamte Objekt ist in einem fürchterlichen Zustand. Die Wohnung in der Unterkunft erreicht man nur über eine Feuerschutztür und durch einen Heizungskeller. Die Küchenschränke fallen auseinander, wenn man die Türen öffnen möchte. Die Toilette und der Raum mit der Dusche sind optisch in einem fraglich Zustand.Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich sind so schmutzig, dass man das Gefühl hat. Das gesamte Mobiliar wurde vom Sperrmüll geholt und in diese Wohnung gestellt. Die Vorhänge und Gardinen sind widerlich schmutzig. Steckdosen liegen offen und frei. Die Terrassentür lässt sich absolut nicht öffnen. Der Öffnung Mechanismus ist herausgebrochen.Das Schlimmste ist allerdings die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Hier ist unübersehbar, dass die Fläche, auf der man schlafen soll, durchgebrochen ist. Die Spanplatte guckt heraus und ist mehrfach gesplittert! Ein schlafen ist an dieser Stelle unmöglich und wird anscheinend vom Verwalter und vom Eigentümer aber in der Form ignoriert, dass die bezogenen Oberbetten direkt neben die gebrochene Schlaffläche gelegt wurden. Wie sich hier vorgestellt, wieder zu übernachten ist wirklich die große Frage. Ich kann jedem einfach nur abraten davon, diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Hier müsste man noch bezahlt werden, um zu übernachten!

Ich rate dringend davon ab, die Wohnung zu buchen. Die erste Hürde ist der Eingang der Wohnung, den man erst nach langem Suchen findet. Es gibt keinerlei Wegbeschreibung vorher. Das Schlafsofa war gebrochen und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Also mussten zwei von uns halb sitzend schlafen. Wir haben direkt bei Anreise versucht den Vermieter der Wohnung zu erreichen. Dies gelang nicht. Wir konnten zwar die Agentur Novasol erreichen, aber diese konnte uns auch nicht helfen. Sie wollten sich direkt am nächsten Tag mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung setzen und sich wieder melden. Das geschah nicht. Zusätzlich zum Problem mit dem Schlafsofa ließ sich die Tür zum Balkon nur schwer schließen und die Spülmaschine konnte nicht genutzt werden, da sie nach 10 Minuten Betrieb ausgelaufen ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eine Katastrophe.
