Zum Kahnschuppen - Haus Stenzinger

Creaking floorboards & ancient walls - Framed by historic beams, pure cosiness awaits you in the apartment 'Zum Kahnschuppen ́ on about 78 square metres.

In two separate bedrooms, there is space for a total of four guests, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm).
In the spacious living room there is a feel-good couch with sleeping function (lying area 130 cm x 200 cm), on which, on extra request and for an extra charge, there is space for up to two additional guests.
In addition, a great fitted kitchen and a wonderful window seat facing south with a large dining area and a view of the passing Spree await you here.

The large bathroom in the 'Kahnschuppen ́; with huge, walk-in shower, generous double vanity, toilet and window overlooking the rising sun; you might like!.
There are plenty of flat-screen TVs available for your individual entertainment.

The apartments 'Zum Kahnschuppen ́ and 'Zur Scheune ́ are located right next to each other, so that the stay would also be possible with a larger group (maximum 12 people).


PGJyPgHolidays have been a tradition here for a long time!
As early as 1926, the Stenzinger family welcomed their first holiday guests here, on Mühlspreeweg in Burg Spreewald.
Since autumn 2020, We, the Urban family, are very fortunate to call this historic, beautiful farm our own and we look forward to welcoming you to wonderful holidays.

Located in the middle of the countryside, with a large garden, its own barge shed and jetty directly on the Spree, our Haus Stenzinger is a holiday paradise... a place for the soul!
For activities of all kinds... by bike, on foot or by boat... this is the perfect starting point, because the path starts on our doorstep!
We are happy to rent you our in-house paddle boats for wonderful tours on the Spree and its widely branched tributaries, the romantic rivers.

For a relaxed start to the day, our holiday apartments are well equipped - each one with a well-equipped kitchen.
However, you are welcome to use the Book an 'all-round breakfast pampering programme ́, then a small, fine buffet with fresh delicacies from our kitchen and good ingredients from our region awaits you.

There are two free parking spaces available for each holiday apartment and there the car can confidently wait for the end of the holiday, because public transport and various shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
The pretty, small town centre of Burg is only a walk away and awaits you with various shops and cosy cafés.

Make yourself comfortable on the terraces in our beautiful garden, refresh yourself on hot days directly in the Spree on your doorstep or simply enjoy your time and the view from our charming apartments into the rural idyll of the Spreewald...



Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departure from 08:00 to 10:00.
