The holiday rental is located in a house that contains one other residential unit. The building is situated in the beautiful town of Seeon, known for the Seeon Monastery. Within walking distance of the holiday rental are two swimming lakes (the Seeoner Klostersee and the Griessee), several restaurants and cafés, a bakery, a supermarket, a off-licence, a pharmacy, and small shops. Hot-air balloons take off regularly next to the sports field.
The 48-square-meter holiday rental has 5 rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway) as well as a south-facing balcony with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The staircase leads to the hallway with a small coat closet. From there, doors lead to the bathroom, kitchen (both on the north side), bedroom (east side), and living room (south side).
There is plenty to discover in the immediate and wider surroundings of Seeon (for example, other swimming lakes, Lake Chiemsee, the Alz River, biking and hiking trails, restaurants, cafés, breweries, museums, shops, mini-golf courses, climbing gardens, wildlife parks, swimming pools/spas, golf courses, riding schools, and much more).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Blick auf den See. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir hatten Fahrräder mit und konnten innerhalb kürzester Zeit von der Wohnung aus alle Ziele erreichen, die wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Direkt am See ist auch ein Bad und man kann dort auch essen. Wir können ie Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine super saubere und schick eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Balkon mit der See Aussicht.Da werden wir sicher nochmal länger wohnen.

Es ist eine wirklich sehr gute Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Lage am See ist einzigartig.
