The host was very responsive to our calls and requests. Well located for walking Yorkville and the surrounding area. Two items that were out of the hosts control that were annoying or it would have been a perfect stay. The building had switched to heat only so no AC available and with the window open and a fan running continuously we could barely get the temperature below 23C. Then the fire alarm went off at 4 AM and the building staff were slow with announcements so we hiked down 31 flights of stairs to the lobby to find a bunch of other annoyed residents.
