Zentrale Lage, Vermieter ist Top

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sauber, praktisch eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Vermieter sich sofort gekümmert hat, als wir ihm mitgeteilt haben, dass es mit einem Doppelbett Probleme gab (es hat schon beim Angucken geknarrt und die Matratze sackte mittig ab). Beim Reparieren sah man sofort, dass Gäste dieses Bett in diesen Zustand gebracht haben müssen und nicht Bescheid gesagt haben. Das ist immer sehr ärgerlich. Wie schon geschrieben, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und an Ali (Vermieter) nochmals besten Dank für deine schnelle Hilfe (ist leider nicht selbstverständlich). Preis / Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen

Generell: Wir haben 250 pro Nacht bezahlt, da hatten wir eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung, die nicht erfüllt wurde. Das Bad und der Boden sieht sehr gut aus. Die Küche scheint eher alt zu sein, die Dunstabzugshaube war sehr fettig, die Filter habe ich erstmal in die Spülmaschine gesteckt, um die etwas sauber zu kriegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, an dem im Außenbereich gebaut wird.Folgende Schwachpunkte im Detail sind zu nennen:- Es gibt keine Garderobe - Keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen.- Es gibt nur einen Topf 2 Pfannen. Da wird das kochen schwierig.- Keine großen flachen Teller, nur Suppenteller und Brotteller - Kein großes Messer, um zB Brot zu schneiden - Kühlschrank hat die Größe einer Minibar im Hotel. Da passt nicht viel rein...- Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig mit recht aktiven Nachbarn (Kinder)- Das Ambiente in der Wohnung ist nicht sehr gemütlich, zB keine Bilder an den Wänden, die Möbel wild gemixt.- Man kann die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nicht verdunkeln- Es gibt kein freiempfängliches Fernsehen. Man muss sich mit einem eigenen Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc Account anmelden, wenn man etwas Fernsehen möchte - Der Kleiderschrank war mit Staubsauger, Wischmop und Wechselbettwäsche belegt- Es gibt keine Bedienungsanleitungen, z.B. für die Fußbodenheizung.- Es standen 2 Babybetten in der Wohnung. Das hat dann etwas das Flair eines Abstellraums.- der Esstisch ist sehr klein, wir haben mit 3 Personen so gerade dran gepasst.-
