Sehr gute Lage. Doch die Bilder täuschen etwas.

Das Objekt hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt an der Ubahn Lutterothstr. und auch die Osterstraße ist direkt in der Nähe. Es gibt viele kleine Restaurants und Cafés im direkten Umkreis. Das Objekt selbst lieg im Erdgeschoss und das Wohnzimmer ist ebenso der Eingangsbereich, wo es direkt zur Straße raus geht. Zu den POSITIVEN Punkten: - wir haben sowohl ein Kinderbett als auch Kinderstuhl auf Anfrage bekommen - die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich - gemütliche Betten - alles vorhanden was man braucht Zu den NEGATIVEN Punkten: - die Wohnung war leider nicht so schön, wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht - es war nicht wirklich sauber, wir haben selbst noch etwas geputzt - die Dusche ist undicht - Gläser und Besteck etc. machten keinen sauberen Eindruck und mussten deshalb von uns abgewaschen werden - es riecht etwas komisch dort - das Wohnzimmer hat eine große Fensterfront zur Straße, welche durch einen Sichtschutz zur Hälfte beklebt wurde, dennoch Schade, dass es keinen richtigen Eingangsbereich gibt und auch das Bett in dem Raum bietet somit wenig Privatsphäre Insgesamt musst man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier leider nicht gestimmt hat. Die Lage der Wohnung war jedoch super.

Diese Unterkunft sollte nicht vermietet werden...

Das war die dreckigste Unterkunft, die wir seit langem erlebt haben. Pfand und Hundefutter vom Vormieter waren noch in der Wohnung zu finden. Es gab mehrere Löcher in der Decke, die Steckdosen hängen von der Wand runter, die Fenster sind teilweise defekt und das Badezimmer ist total verschimmelt. Von den Betten möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen, so viele dunkle Flecken auf Matratze und Topper, egal welches Bett... Keine Ahnung von wann die Fotos sind, aber so sieht die Unterkunft in keinem Fall aus. Nie wieder

Gutes Basislager

Gute, verkehrsgünstige und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Schlichte aber funktionsgerechte Einrichtung. Wenig Stauraum (Schränke). Gute Betten. Zwei Toiletten! Bestecke waren für sechs Personen grade ausreichend. Aufenthaltsraum (Wohnzimmer) ist schlecht zu lüften, da die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind (ehemaliges Ladenlokal?) und die Eingangstür direkt auf die Straße führt. Alles in allem ermöglichte uns die FeWo einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Wegen der guten Verkehrsanbindung, der ruhigen Lage und den nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war sie eine gute Wahl für unsere Unternehmungen in Hamburg, die unsere Erwartungen erfüllte.
