The bungalow was extensively renovated in 2024, with all floors replaced, kitchen replaced, bathroom renovated with a walk-in shower and the terraces modernized. The bungalow is in a very modern top condition. The bungalow is located in the Floridapark holiday complex. Characterized by a beautiful complex with palm trees and a large communal pool. Since the common area is fenced, it is ideal for families with children. It's about a 10-minute walk to the town and the beaches, and the nearest restaurant is just 200 meters away.

The house has 2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people. There is a highly modern open American kitchen as well as a large living and dining area. There is a glazed terrace in front of the entrance and 2 outdoor terraces with a barbecue area in front of and behind the house. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is very accessible, especially for older people. The common area has a large pool in the center as well as grassy areas for relaxation. The house has been completely refurnished to a high standard in a modern German-Spanish style
