We had a lovely stay in calpe, the apartment had everything we needed and beautiful views! The pool was the perfect size for our children and was well needed in the heat! Communication was good and check in and check out was made very easy for us. Would definitely go back again for a future holiday with my family!

We were overwhelmed with how perfect this place was for us. The place was clean, bright & well stocked. Rik was a perfect host who met us to get us oriented to the place & even stayed for a drink. If we had any questions he was quick to respond & fix any concerns. Although too cool to use the pool we enjoyed the sunny deck & views whenever possible. Location was ideal for us. Quiet enough to feel like you were a part of an intimate neighborhood but close enough to walk to a nearby amenities. Big climbs to get up there if you don’t have a car but good for your cardio if you are willing to put the effort in to be conditioned. Overall…we loved our stay & hope to be back again soon.

Wundervolle 14 Tage Aufenthalt in Calpe

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Rik. Alles war bestens organisiert und das Apartment überzeugt vor allem mit seinem traumhaften Ausblick. Besonders angenehm war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Check-in verlief völlig problemlos und unkompliziert, ebenso die Abreise am frühen Morgen – alles wurde super organisiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine Spülmaschine wäre zwar praktisch gewesen, aber auch ohne sind wir sehr gut zurechtgekommen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig (zweimal wöchentlich) gereinigt, wobei stets zuvor freundlich geklingelt wurde. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooie accomodatie

Een geweldig verblijf gehad , alles aanwezig . Goede communicatie met eigenaar en altijd binnen 5 min contact. Badkamer en badkamer in 1 is echt geweldig. Zwembad is gedeeld met boven appartement in ons geval is dit prima verlopen .Wel is het huis iets gehorig , ligt ook aan gewoonte van wie je buren boven zijn. Bij ons waren nogal ruig in stoelen verplaatsen om 6 uur s’morgens . Maar dan heb je wel iets aan je dag. . Uitzicht is fenomenaal, en het padje naar het strand is met stevige schoenen uitstekend te doen. Locals zwemmen daar vroeg wat erg gezellig is. Genoeg geweldige restaurants ook om altea wat goed aan te rijden is . Auto is wel een pré of een scooter . Om de hoek een goede apotheek , Nederlands sprekende verkoopster. Wij hebben genoten en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr schön...

Wir hatten 5 Wochen im November und Dezember in Riks Wohnung verbracht und einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Hinzukam, dass wir bestes Wetter hatten und sogar den Pool noch nutzen konnten, das Wasser war zu Anfang noch fast 20 Grad.Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und man findet alles was man für einen gelungen Aufenthalt braucht.Die Lage und der Blick sind herrlich, man hat direkten Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und den Sandstrand, der in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.Die Kommunikation mit Rik hat vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt sehr gut funktioniert. Unser Warmwasserbereiter ist kaputt gegangen und Rik hat ihn am nächsten Tag direkt erneuern lassen.Die Hellhörigkeit in dem Haus war für uns allerdings etwas ungewohnt. Die obere Wohnung war zeitweise von Gästen belegt und bei jedem Stühlerücken ist man etwas erschrocken.Ansonsten war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Location

Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alles wirklich top, sensationeller Pool mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super. Alles da was man braucht, vielen Handtücher etc., auch viele Basics für den Haushalt. Eine Spülmaschine wäre optimal. Das einzige was uns etwas genervt hat, sind die Zusatzkosten für Strom. Steht irgendwo im Kleingedruckten, über die Fewo App kommt man aber nicht an den Zusatzkosten vorbei. Wir haben es dann erst nach 3 Wochen Urlaub erfahren, 148 Euro hat der Strom gekostet. Da wir die Klimaanlage aber wirklich oft genutzt haben, o.k. Calpe, puerto blanco sind eine Reise wert! Danke Rik, du und Maaike waren super Gastgeber.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum, freie Sicht auf den Hafen und das Mittelmeer. Sehr nette deutsche Nachbarin die viele Tipps gegeben hat. Neuer sehr sauberer Pool. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was man braucht.
