The two vacation apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located separately in a vacation home on a recreational plot of approx. 400 m² within a small vacation home development on the outskirts of the village. There is a furnished terrace (ground floor apartment) or balcony (upper floor apartment), barbecue facilities, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and parking. A high chair and a crib can be provided for small children. Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. In the period October-April, energy consumption is billed separately. Pets are allowed in this property. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

This 37 m² two-room apartment for max. 2 persons is located on the upper floor of the vacation home. Access via separate outside staircase. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, 1.40 m wide) and a small bathroom with shower/WC.

Bodstedt is located south of the peninsula Fischland - Darß - Zingst at the Bodstedter Bodden. It is approx. 7 km to the Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst and approx. 4 km to the small town of Barth. In the village there are restaurants, a harbor with passenger boats, bike paths and a beach. Zeesboot trips and surfing school on the Bodden possible. Horse riding is possible at several riding stables in the area. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, it offers the best conditions for bird watching.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
