Für Bahnreisende zu empfehlen, für Autofahrer eher nicht, wegen schwieriger Parksituation.

Lage wirklich sehr gut mit freiem Blick auf die Ostsee. Strasse/Verkehr direkt davor hört man nicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig. Parkmöglichkeit direkt davor begrenzt wenn man in 2 PKW´s anreist (was ja nicht unüblich ist bei der Grösse der Wohnung)
