The cozy vacation apartment is located in a barn that was converted in 2010, separately on the owner's large residential property in the district of Bansin Dorf. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.5 km away. The nearby Gothensee is a nature reserve with a wide reed belt and cannot be used for tourism. The apartment has a combined living/dining room (upholstered seating area incl. sofa bed, TV, radio, dining area), bedroom (double bed, crib can be added), kitchenette with electric stove and microwave, shower/WC, central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, children's high chair, bicycle storage room, parking lot and children's playground. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. In the villages there are bicycle, boat and beach chair rentals, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the "Ostseetherme", is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
