Quietly situated on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz), in a residential area, the 40 m² vacation home for up to 3 people is located at the rear of the approx. 1,000 m² fenced residential property. It is approx. 900 m to the public swimming pool on the Müritz and approx. 2.5 km to the town center (public transport). Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The cozy non-smoking house is equipped with a living room (sofa bed – extra bed for one person, dining area, flat screen TV, radio / CD), a bedroom (double bed 1.40 m wide), a hallway with integrated mini-kitchen (electric plates, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer. The house has electric heating and an instantaneous water heater in the bathroom. There is also a furnished terrace with a Hollywood swing, a parking lot, bicycle storage and storage facilities, a barbecue and part of the garden. Please note: the vacation home is not suitable for small children under the age of 4.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-approved spa Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District.

Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle rental, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access approx. 25 km.
