The holiday home is situated in a quiet but central location in a small housing estate on a separate plot of approx. 630 m²; a complete semi-detached house for up to 6 adults and 1 child. A supermarket, the charming old town with restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities are within walking distance. The "Große Wünnow", a tributary of the Müritz, and the Müritz cycle path are only a few minutes' walk away, and a beautiful bathing area on the Müritz is just under 3.5 km away.



The centrally heated, non-smoking house is equipped with insect screens on the windows and extends over two floors. On the mezzanine floor (entrance at the rear) is the approx. 115 square metre living area with living room (upholstered furniture, large dining table, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio), separate kitchen (electric cooker/oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, small dining area, various small kitchen appliances, radio/CD player, microwave, dishwasher, small oven, small fridge-freezer, radio/CD player). Small kitchen appliances, radio/CD player), two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1 x small double bed 1.40 m wide), a living/bedroom (upholstered couch, seating area, flat screen TV), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and hallway.



In the basement there is a further bedroom (small double bed 1.40 m, seating area) and a second bathroom (shower, WC), which are provided from an OCCUPANCY of 5 PERSONS.



Guests also have access to two car parking spaces, a furnished terrace with barbecue, a cot, lockable bicycle storage facilities on request and free WiFi. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The small town of Röbel/Müritz, a recognised health resort, is located directly on the west bank of the Müritz and is embedded in a slightly hilly landscape. It is characterised by the charming old town with its many restored half-timbered houses in the tranquil ring lanes, the two imposing early Gothic church towers and the beautiful riverside promenade at the town harbour. There you will find passenger boat moorings, restaurants, cafés and a modern waterway rest area. The many boathouses, some of which are thatched, give Röbel a very individual, maritime flair.

You can swim in either the outdoor pool or the fun and sports pool in the Müritztherme thermal baths. The popular Müritz cycle route in the direction of the Müritz National Park leads directly through Röbel, and with the Müritz National Park ticket you can also use the passenger boat service. Not far from Röbel, the village of Bollewick is home to Germany's largest fieldstone barn, where many cultural events and regional products can be found. The A 19 motorway is approx. 10 km away.
