About this property

The 54 m² two-room vacation apartment for max. 4 people is located separately in the basement of the host's house on a 500 m² plot within a quiet residential area only approx. 1.5 km from the Baltic Sea beach. After a few meters you reach a wooded area with numerous cycling and hiking trails. The apartment was extensively modernized in 2018. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV), a kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. Outside there is also a small terrace. Public parking (free of charge) is available in front of the house.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. The Ostseebad Graal-Müritz is subject to visitor's tax.
Due to the new purchase of the house, the host is currently still busy with renovation and modernization measures of his living area and the outdoor facilities. However, noise pollution is not to be expected.

The Baltic Sea resort of Graal-Müritz is located between the Hanseatic city of Rostock (approx. 15 km away) and the small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Surrounded by the forests of the Rostock Heath, an 11,000-hectare nature reserve, Graal-Müritz stretches over a length of 5 kilometers directly on the Baltic Sea and is a special attraction for guests and locals alike at any time of the year: the rhododendron park, the pier that extends 350 meters into the Baltic Sea and the Aquadrom sports and wellness oasis, which opened in 2004. The pier festival traditionally takes place every July. The 5-kilometre-long fine sandy beach is up to 40 meters wide. The bathing water has been of excellent quality for many years.
