The vacation apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Tiefwarensee lake and can accommodate two people. It is located in a residential building on a 900 square meter property and has a separate entrance. The apartment has a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a radio, a small seating area (2 armchairs) and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is a small walk-in closet. The apartment also has a modern kitchen with kitchenette and electrical appliances (fridge with freezer section, electric hob, oven, dishwasher) and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a WC and a walk-in shower. The apartment is heated by electric heating and is fully tiled on the floor. It is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. There is also a car parking space, storage space for bicycles and a furnished seating area in the garden. The property is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The following services are included in the total price: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.

The state-recognized spa Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
