The three vacation homes for 2 to 4 people are located separately on a 1000 square meter recreational property within a quiet residential area, only 750 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. There is another vacation home on the property. The houses were completely renovated and refurnished in 2018.
This vacation home for 2 adults and 2 children is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio, dining table), a bedroom (double bed, TV), a children's bedroom (bunk bed, TV), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances) and a small bathroom with shower/WC.
Outside, each accommodation has a furnished terrace, barbecue and parking space. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children on request. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is subject to visitor's tax.

The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied vacation. There are regular spa and cultural programs in the summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air stage throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 m long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 30.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
