The two vacation rooms, this 2-room apartment with integrated shower and DZV465 with 1 double room with integrated shower, are located in the basement of the owner's house, approx. 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. Separate access via a steep staircase. The WC (shared use) and a small room with various kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove etc.) are spatially separated from the vacation rooms and can be reached via the shared hallway. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, storage facilities for bicycles and a parking lot. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, WLAN 5 EUR. Overall, the accommodation is a simple accommodation option for short stays. High comfort requirements are not met. Due to the shared use of toilet and cooking facilities, it is recommended to book both rooms together.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads all the way to Swinemünde in Poland. In the villages there are bicycle, boat and beach chair rentals, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern fun pool, the „Ostseetherme“, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
