Welcome to our Villa Leni.

Our comfortable and cosy holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people.
We have a garden with a south-facing terrace and a rustic wooden bench for taking a quick break.
The large patio table and comfortable high-back chairs, complete with a parasol, invite you to linger.
You’ll be staying in a cosy, high-quality 68 m² holiday home.
The spacious living area features a cosy seating area. A smart TV, stereo system, games, and books will keep you entertained.
The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. The integrated dining area seats up to 6 people and offers a stunning view right from breakfast.
Both bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, a closet, a chair, and a coat rack. One of the bedrooms also features two beds on a loft. Both bedrooms have blinds.
The large, bright bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity with a large mirror, a shower stall, a toilet, a magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. Our bathroom radiator is perfect for warming towels.
In our large storage room in the basement, you’ll find space for your suitcases, the cushions for our patio furniture, an ironing board with an iron, a safe, a travel cot, and a high chair.
We offer reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire house.



The Öfingen holiday village is situated in a beautiful location on a steeply sloping foothill of the Southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful panoramic view across the Baar Plateau— 600-900 s above sea level—with the town of Donaueschingen, all the way to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. 

Each of the 130 holiday homes, which vary in size from about 40 to 90 m², features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. Includes 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. All holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
Centrally located parking spaces ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh baked goods, drinks, newspapers, and magazines.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
